Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. You have the right to cancel your JPCF membership at any time. Here is how our cancellation process works:

1. Notice Period

While we do not enforce strict long-term contracts for residents, we appreciate a 30-day notice period to adjust our budget forecasts, as our security contracts rely on reliable monthly income.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your membership and stop future billing:

  • Debit Order: Email accounts@casson.co.za with your request. We will stop the debit order instruction before the next run.
  • EFT: Simply stop your scheduled payment with your bank. A notification email to us is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Paystack/Card: Log in to your account dashboard (coming soon) or email us to cancel the recurring subscription.

3. Re-joining

You are welcome to re-join the forum at any time. Simply sign up again via our website. Please note that re-joining members will be subject to the current pricing structure at the time of re-joining.

Canceling your contribution affects the security of the entire neighborhood. If you are facing financial difficulty, please reach out to us. We would rather have you as a Non-Contributing Member staying informed than lose contact completely.


Refund Policy

At Jukskei Park Community Forum (JPCF), we value your contribution to our community. As a Non-Profit Company (NPC), all funds are utilized for the betterment of the suburb.

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Since these contributions immediately go towards ongoing operational costs (security, cleaning, maintenance), refunds for partial months are generally not provided.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a member has made a duplicate payment in error, JPCF will refund the full amount of the duplicate transaction upon proof of payment and verification. Please contact our treasurer at accounts@jpcf.co.za with the transaction details.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel your membership, your billing will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for previous months' contributions unless there was a billing error on our part.

4. Incorrect Billing Amounts

In the event of an incorrect amount being debited, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and rectify any discrepancies, refunding any overcharged amounts promptly.
